Thought ordered one ended up 5 for 249.98. Check credit card and called and canceled the order they denied me and offered a 60% discount said no wanted a full refund. They sent I returned the same day received it. Disputed through my bank. Bank contacted them and credited me then 10 days later bank took the money back. Re contacted Keto first person who said the refund was issued on Nov.1st to bank credited to my account.

Called the bank no credit called Keto again. Got a completely different story said I had a bank dispute so would have to let the bank settle it. Sent an email again another different story. Complete cluster F***k of stupid misleading lies and BS. Ended up speaking to three different people with three different statements of why I haven't received my refund and not one is true or makes any sense. Still haven't received my money back .will recall the idiots on Monday and go another three rounds.
