Gold Iron Capital, Fake Lender, Only a Loan Broker, Not a Direct Private Lender Kevin Parker Commerce Texas

Kevin Parker, Gold Iron Capital claims he is a Direct Private Hard Money Lender, after doing research about him and his company, he is just a loan broker acting as a so called lender.
 
If he tells you different, tell him to show proof that he is a lender. If you are a broker, and he talks with you, talks up a big story of how he is a direct lender with millions of dollars to lend, make him prove this. Ask to see HUDS, that show he is the lender and the closing amounts are in the high $500,000 and into the millions. Show Proof or Shut Up!
 
As a broker, I sent him a client, then he sent the client to a bank, a institutional bank. Anyone could have done this. Just walk this into Wells Fargo and see what happens.
 
If you deal with this person, make sure to get the truth from him, get real answers, make him prove that he is a REAl Private Direct Lender with millions to lend. Don't get fooled.
