Unfortunatley I have known him for 15 years and he was my friend, so my normal due diligence process in participating in deal flow did not apply. Turns out Kevin is an established liar and theif. I provided a short term loan ($155K) to him for his commercial venture of buy/sell of distressed vehicles. He promised me that I would be paid in 30 days and then a profit share 15 days later.

Nothing materialized and he just had excuse after excuse on the delays. Even told me he had funds at the bank that had to clear, but the account i have discovered is in lock mode due suspected tax evaision. He was even going to work for me for investment trading purposes but instead has run off to Arizona somewhere with 10K worth of computer gear and hardware.

This is theft as well. What a horse p***k!
