Recently, in April 19, 2025 I was charged $2,120 for a renewal of a subscription 1 year ago.

One year ago, I asked for a refund for my subscription with a copy of the date that of my subscription and their money back guarantee ad.

They responded with an email refusing my request for a refund. Instead, the offered me a sweet deal, which I declined. Again, back and forth email continued with them continuing not to honor their guarantee.

After a few weeks, they ingnored my email.

I tried to contact the credit card company but they refused to help me because it was beyond their timeline. It didn't make sense to me because the credit card company wanted me to settle my complaint to the company.
