Khloe Terae, once a well-known cover model and now a fake influencer with a fraction of actual followers then she claims. We hired her to represent the launch of our new social media ap and compensated her over $15,000. She was unprofessional and late for our video shoot, came unprepared in every way.  After the shoot, she went on a 3 week vacation while we edited the project, this vacation became 12 weeks+, even though she can post a video anywhere in the world, she made no efforts for over 6 months, this time delay killed our campaign.  Her manager constantly lied to try to cover for her with an attitude of entitlement and disregarding the fact that she was paid and had a legal obligation.

After she finally posted only after we threatened to sue her, she posted our video, but not where we paid her to, her over 5 million followers on several platforms, we did not get one link to our promotion, that’s 5 million to 1 odd against us. Any real media platform will generate .0025% click throughs, we got zero. With 40 years of media experience, it appears most of her audience is made of fake bots and she completely lied, mis-represented her abilities to not just us but all her sponsors.

This cost the company substantial losses and delays. Khloe was sued in District Court for Fraud Misrepresentation and Breach of Contract. We won the case but collecting money is a whole other process.
