Kilowatt Financial a Spruce Company Spruce Financial Elevation Solar Kilowatt Financial breach of contract Dallas Texax

Since we contracted Elevation Solar, we experienced nothing but problems.  First it installed smaller amount of panels than agreed to.  Then, the representative agreed to take payments direct from our bank account.  After the first bill was late, I called him.  He stated that he lost my account number.  Imailed the payment.  A few days after that, another payment was deducted fro our bank account.  I called him, and he denied this.  I told him not to take another payment out of our account.

The company did not bring the panels up to contract level.  I contacted an attorney, and the panels were installed.  Since then the system has been inoperative multiple times. The respnse time was rediculous.  Now, for two months, the system is not producing.  I have called and sent multiple emails to no avail.  Payments are not sent since the APS bill is higher than I was paying for both company's charges.  I am going to wait one week.  Then, I am going to initiate court action to either abide by the contract or remove their system off our roof.
