Kilowatt Systems California Solar My solar is not working and i have leased it, out outrageous bills Dallas Texas

2014 I purchased solar through leasing contract it did work for about 4 years , but the bills were still elevated. November 2018 PG&E called to say my solor was not producing.   I called the company Kilowatt financial. When I called all I got was a run around and how I need to check this part and that switch.

They also had me go to PG&E and get several months worth of paperwork up to a year,. that they have not responded to.   This has been going on for 6 months now and my solar is still not working tho I keep paying because the contract states if i dont i will be in defalt of it. 

  Please any ideas on what to do to get it fixed and at this point I just want it off my roof.    PG &E was actually cheaper. Solar is a rip off unless you install it yourself and purchase it yourself. DO NOT BUY SOLAR THEY ARE GETTNG RICH OFF HARD WORKING PEOPLE. I hope I prevent even one person from making my mistake.
