Contact Information for Reference Evan Marsters, Kinetic Chemical Email: emarsters@kinetic-chem.com Phone: +1-314-315-6150 Address: 118 N Conistor Ln Ste B, PMB 647, Liberty, MO, 64068, United States (Not a real Business Address- A UPS location with Mail Box- Should Raise IMMEDIATE RED FLAGS) I want to warn others about my experience with Evan Marsters of Kinetic Chemical. Here’s what happened:

Background: Evan Marsters paid me a $500 deposit for the preparation of four totes to be picked up on a scheduled date. We agreed on a specific date, and I dedicated several hours along with multiple employees to have the totes cleaned, flushed, and properly organized for pickup. Agreed Pick Up Date: On the scheduled day, the freight driver arrived one hour late. When he finally showed up, he refused to take the load, claiming that he had been misinformed by Evan regarding what was being picked up. When I contacted Evan by phone to resolve the situation, he refused any attempt at resolution and stated that he would call his bank and file a dispute—alleging that I never delivered the goods as agreed. The

Outcome: Due to his actions, I incurred hundreds of dollars in expenses, including storage costs, labor for organizing, cleaning and flushing the totes, and nearly half a day of wasted time for me and my employees. His immediate move to file a dispute, rather than working out the issue, demonstrates scam-like behavior.

Additional Red Flag: I also noticed that Evan does not have a business address listed on his website. After some research, I found that his registered business address via Dun & Bradstreet is actually a UPS store mailbox. This should be an immediate warning sign for anyone considering doing business with him. Final

Warning: I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Evan Marsters or Kinetic Chemical to exercise extreme caution. Their failure to honor agreed terms and their tactic of reversing payments via bank disputes have cost me both time and money. Please do your research and be aware of these red flags before engaging in any transactions.
