3 Kings Roofing NON PAYMENT OF MONEY OWED Dallas Texas

On 5/11, I began working as a PDR technician for 3 Kings Roofing.  I was told that I would be paid via direct deposit every Friday.  I did not receive a deposit the first week.  After inquiring, I was told that paperwork had to be turned in by 12 on Wed in order to receive money on Friday.  I turned in all tickets on 5/19 but did not receive a deposit on 5/21.  I continued to work after being told that money was coming.

On 5/26 I turned in more paperwork  and was told by the contact person, Steven, that payroll was done and I should receive money on Friday.  However, no money was received.  I spoke to Kaitlin with 3 Kings and was told I would receive $5762.88 on 6/4.  I did get a deposit but it was only for $4483.88.  I inquired several times about the missing $1300 and never received an answer.  I did receive another deposit on 6/12 but it was not for what was due. It was another $4462.82. 

I have asked several times for backup for both deposits to no avail.  I was able to finally speak to someone that said they showed all cars I worked on were paid and that I should have received over $15,000 from 3 Kings Roofing.  As of today, I have not received any additional money from this company and according to my records I am owed over $8,000.  I have repetedly demanded my money to no avail.  These people also owe 3 other techs that did business with them as well.  They can't tell anyone what has been paid out.

3 Kings Roofing has taken money from insurance companies and not paid the people who actually did the work.  Some customer cars were being transported over a 100 miles away to be fixed and these customers had no idea their cars had left their city.  They continually called 3 Kings Roofing for updates and no one would call them back. 

Over the memorial day weekend, I was approached by 2 of their customers pissed off because they couldn't get any answers about where the cars were or when they would be repaired.  I even tried contacting the company on behalf of the customer and was also ignored.  This is no way to do business.  This is a roofing company and should have never been involved in paintless dent repair on cars. 

They know nothing about fixing cars and obviously are in the business to fraud insurance companies, workers and customers.  They should not be trusted.
