King's Tire Service Dry Rotted Tires Houston Mississippi

On December 27, 2022, I purchased 2 new tires from King's.  On the morning of December 28, 2022, I had a blow out.  I had to end up purchasing another new tire.  That same afternoon, I left work early to discuss the tire with the owner, since it had been less that 24 hrs, but they were closed.  So the next morning, I went to work late (December 29th) to discuss it with him.

He said he would take to his distributor and get back with me.  Afternoon about a week and half I still hadn't heard any thing so I sent my brother by to see what was going on.  He claimed he had forgot to discuss it with the distributor.  GO FIGURE!  Any way he told me my brother to come back in a day or so.  So my brother did and he said the distributor said there was nothing they could do because it was operator error.  First, I feel he trying to brush me off in hopes that I would go away. Secondly, I good and decent business man would refund the customers money especially since he knew the tires were purchased with in the last 24 hours.  I feel he is a con artist.
