I’m writing this review in hopes of helping others avoid the experience I had with Klimate Group. What started as an exciting opportunity to invest in a franchise became one of the most frustrating and emotionally draining situations I’ve faced professionally. Klimate Group presents itself as a franchise consulting and licensing company with access to “exclusive opportunities” for well-known or emerging brands like Panda Pancakes, Yumplings, Holy Bowly, BIG Chicken, La Sandwicherie, UniVista Insurance, C4 Gaming, and UFC GYM. Their initial presentation was polished and professional — the materials looked great, the pitch was confident, and I was told the process would be well-supported from brand introduction to lease assistance and business launch. However, after I made the initial payment, communication slowed drastically, timelines became unclear, and promised deliverables never arrived. I received vague emails, delays, and generic templates that didn’t reflect what was initially promised. No direct contact with brand representatives was provided, and after months of following up, I still had no lease, franchise agreement, or tangible path forward. My concerns were often brushed off or answered with phrases like “it’s in progress,” but progress never came.

Eventually, I searched online and was shocked to find many others describing nearly identical experiences — paying large sums only to face delays, empty promises, and little to no return. Several individuals claimed they were pursuing legal action or attempting to recover funds through banks or chargebacks. This made me realize my case wasn’t isolated — there appeared to be a pattern of others feeling misled or unsupported. The emotional toll is real — I had invested time, savings, and effort to prepare for a business I believed would launch soon. Instead, I was left questioning every step and regretting the trust I placed. I also noticed that most of Klimate Group’s public reviews were unusually vague and overly positive, with little detail or evidence of real business success. For a company supposedly opening franchises nationwide, there seemed to be no transparent proof of that success — no specific case studies, no verifiable store openings, and no consistent client testimonials. That struck me as a red flag.

I believe in being fair, so I’m not making accusations — just sharing my personal experience and encouraging others to ask tough questions: Can they show you a store that’s open and operating with their support? Can you speak to a brand representative directly? Can they show you signed agreements or referrals from successful clients? If the answers are unclear or avoided, consider that a warning sign. If you’re already in talks with them or have paid, I recommend documenting everything, saving all communication, and exploring your options early. If I had seen a review like this before committing, I might have taken a different path. Unfortunately, I lost not just money, but months of my time and trust in a process that never delivered. I hope this helps someone else make a more informed decision.
