Knapp Auto Care started as CVC joint and wheel bearings as they said I needed, then turns into alignment and CVC joint and rack & pinion gear-missing a tooth?? Clinton Utah

this is so incredibly ridiculous. Now the tuneup you just did not too long ago is failing.
Heyyyyy there Brother that tune up done because I was experiencing static or crossfire of the wires and requested new wires... Etc you looked up different kinds and said it would be about $600.00
Wellll fk, that static is back horribly... And I noticed that you guys replaced the boots only?? Not the wires??
Good Grief....  I have wasted so much money
Nowww I guess I will forced to go to Ford and (pay for it again and cost more than you plus get the front end fixed and evaluated....
This is total bull

Very Upset with Knapp and the service writers "MATT"... I guess I trusted to quickly & too much!! Always starts the same, then work was done that I questioned [they denied saying it-of course they would] Then while "Trying to explain the issue, I get interrupted by MATT, and tries to say it's something else-this turns into a shouting match & me asking this person to step away & get out of my space {I'm next to the car seat & door and he's pinned me in[which he never does back up-actually steps closer [intimidate/control] he's 6'3"+ & 350 lbs... Not a good thing to do!!
Going forward, made another appointment to try & fix this ongoing issue [started as CVC joint and wheel bearings as they said I needed, then turns into alignment and CVC joint and rack & pinion gear-missing a tooth??- which would include the alignment ... said wheel bearing were fine..huhh? Okay- now after all that, there's a 1/2 to 24inch play in the steering [which wasn't there before] wheel-after it gets warm... last Thursday, I showed it to them and returned monday to get it "warrantied" which was stated by Matt-The big guy and fix it-.. Great Monday comes and nothing done to it, they can't see or find the issue TOOK THE ENTIRE DAY FOR 3 PEOPLE TO DRIVE IT AND NOT A THING WAS FIXED.... yeahhhh but can you leave it here another day to waste my time.... Soooo they accomplished what they set out to do-frustrate me enough to not have to fix they're F**K UPs.... So now my SVU has a front wobble, with a 1/2 play in the steering wheel [which-it drove perfectly steering wise] Actually I won't drive long distances, now-because it is NOT safe to!! Also I changed the tires to eliminate that possibility.. and added a tune up... [which is messing up also-asked them to replace the wiring because of cross firing-they replaced the "BOOTS" only, and the weak wires were cross firing yesterday so another $600.00 lost, plus $1,200 tires [had 60% tread] Okay Okay I am RANTING now... Yeah, I am very upset.
