I went to this store a few weeks ago and I bought some stuff, I go back there on 11/17/2022 and when I went to go checkout the guy there knew who I was immediately and told me I couldn't receive service because of two chargebacks I filed on my card months ago which I didn't even do.

One I didn't file anything and two, I wasn't there months ago it was a few weeks ago therefore I can go in there but I can't buy anything. Also the two female employees there were watching my family and I the whole time which was a complete invasion of privacy, they were just watching us and didn't inform us of this just watched us and treated us like we were common criminals. I want something to be done about this immediately.
