On July 22, 2022 I went to go pick up the 2017 Mercedes cla 250 from Krash Collusion also known as Crenshaw Inspection Site. The car had to be towed due to mechanical issues. I purchased the car through a lien sale and paid Korman R. Redd 18500 cash for the car.

Less then a month prior he signed the application for duplicate or transfer of title for the car and told me he had ordered the parts to finish the repairs of the car. The whole back end needed to be repaired. He told me he’s a licensed auto body, collision and impound yard.

The reason I asked him because I didn’t see any other employees at the shop other then him. The reason I’m filing this complaint is because he sold me a customers car that the lien was denied and is under dmv investigation. The application for duplicate title was just to con me to believe that the title of the car was under his name. 

He sold me a customers car that is in dispute with his company. He informed me that the dmv investigation was closed and I was going to be able to register the car in the next few days. I have a written statement of facts stating that he guaranteed that I will be able to register the car otherwise he would give me a full refund for the car in full.

As of today it will be 31 days that I cannot register the car, the Cerritos Dmv investigation office that is investigating the matter Sergent Lopez told me the VLT stop will not be removed since it’s an on going investigation. Which means I will not be able to register the car. He lied about everything. Him and his paralegal keep staying.

To me that I’m a snitch because I called the dmv and the person who issued the lien sale paperwork to find out what the status was. I’m scared to go to his shop alone because he’s a known Blood Gang Member and access to a gun. He refuses to refund my money and both him and his paralegal have blocked my number. 

The name of his other organization is Crenshaw inspection site located at 6941 s Crenshaw blvd Los Angeles ca 90043. Both location do not have any type of licenses to operated as tow yard, collusion center, auto body, inspection site. On the lien sale paperwork I just noticed he put zero for repairs but he repairs the car at his shop as he is Doing with all the cars he has right now.

Online Krash collusion LLC is being advertised as a auto body repair shop. Now I'm the bi--ch because I've contacted the Attorney Generals office so they can investigate this clown. He straight out told me if I come to his place of business he was going to kill me for asking him to return my money.
