Battery failed after 60 days. They said it wasnt the battery over email and told me to watch manufacturing videos on how to troubleshoot wires. Found somone to troubleshoot the scooter and they determined it was the battery. Kuggo told me to buy a new one at $400 + shipping + tariff. More than new scooter. Now I have a big paper weight with wheels.
