I needed a new air unit and my neighbor helped me to locate an outfit that would install a new unit at littlte or no cost. She found this company that was supposed to offer a grant program for this unit.
I wish I had someone else with me when I was talking to the Representative ( Tom who no longer works for this company). Anyways I only make $400.00 dollars a month on SS. I could not believe that I was approved for a $9000.00 dollar unit.
They did a poor job installing the unit. They never pulled a permit for the job. Had them back twice to fix the unit right. Still not right. Have not seen anyone for service of the unit.
Tried many times to talk to them about this situation and no one is ever there. Their mail box is full. They last three people I was supposed to deal with or cotact have been let go. Still no call back from the Owner either.
Aviron of the air unit department still has not contaced me. His 954-330-8670 mail box is also full.
It was supposed to be under a grant program. Pace financial is supposed to be the financier. they have not sent me any payment plan or anything on the finance of this unit in 2 years.
