They are the loan servicer

This company is a loan servicer. They are contracted by the holder of the promissory note to service your loan, which includes collecting payments and handling things like foreclosures. How is it any of your concern if their accounting paperwork is in order? If you actually owned the house, there wouldn't be a trustee and they would not be able to do any of what you are describing. Perhaps you owned the house at one point and subsequently took out a home equity loan? I don't know the situation but it sounds like perhaps you have some sovereign citizen beliefs. Those usually don't lead you anywhere productive, so I would stay away from that stuff.
