On June 21, 2020, I saw what appeared to be an available complete build kit for a Glock 43. I proceeded to make the purchase and got my order confirmation, but never got my shipping confirmation.
The business (Lancaster Tactical Supply) only said they were busy and had reduced staff due to COVID-19.
I waited patiently for the merchandise to arrive but it never did (today's date: August 24, 2020).
I had sent over three emails to the sales department to inquire about the purchase and the status of shipment. But I never received any response.
I had called multiple times since July to August, but no answer. When I made my last call today, I got a disconnected tone.
I am not out over $800 dollars.
Contact your credit card company to help seek restitution and shop locally if you can.
