Las Atlantis Cashout minimum amount $150, refused cash out had won over $400 in total

1st day, I paid them the minimum to get started, never received a call from them played a few slots won over $150 in a few hours. Yet unable to cash out the minimum amount of $150. Contacted their horrible customer service because couldn't cash our nor received the email verification link. Chat with a Dean who was just lazy," you are in a chat and you stopped chatting for minutes at a time," he stated I would get a call I replied no call was sent. Dean responded," In a minute," well minutes later I had to ask if he was still there? 

2nd day kept calling them about the cashout and had won over $400 after 5 calls someone answered they failed to call to verify the first day and still not email verification link, after verifying then they tell me that they need to send me an email to verify everything which they could have done the first day when I kept asking about the issues with the verification link.

Everything sent in I tried again to cashout $150 from the $400 I won and still could not get it. So I took that amount found a game and played the max and done with it received the verification email link on the 3rd day. Stay away from Las Atlantis  unless you just want to play for internet cash because you wont get what you won in real cash.
