lasonda mason harassment stalking tamper with my gas services and spying on me without a license pitcairn pennsylvania

lasonda mason has been harassing me and playing with my gas services in the basement of the building she started to stalk me everywhere i would go she would show up minutes later even followed me in walmart bathroom that was kinda freaking me out so she spies on me parks her car sideways in a lot on other side of my fence so her dashcam can see my bedroom window she  took my mail out of my mail box i found my open mail in her garbage i knew she took my mail but i had to find proof and so i went threw her garbage and what did i see hmmm my two letters that was missing. please rippoff help me to let lasonda not get away with harassing me she caused me alot of distress.
