Laura Michaud called my company in reference to an auto shipping quote for her 2017 Audi A5 Cabriolet. Right from the start I got bad vibes from this woman who seemed very full of herself as she tried to dominate our conversation.

After explaining the process to her she proceeded to chisel me and relentlessly nickel and dime me on the cost to move her "precious Audi Cabriolet" from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Elmhurst, IL. She kept insisting that I match the cheapest quote that she had thus far obtained, which was $750, from a "friend's friend", and she refused to defer to my many years of industry knowledge and experience when I advised her that she would be looking more realistically at spending between $850 and $950.

The entire conversation left a rotten taste in my mouth, hence my opinion of Laura Michaud as a ROTTEN CUSTOMER.

I would strongly advise any and every small business owner to steer very clear of this individual, unless you wish to potentially endure the same aggravation as I did. In my opinion she is rude, nasty, and above all else, a CHEAPSKATE. She couldn't pay me TEN times my normal rate to do business with her! I can only imagine the nightmare that I would've been in store for had I relented and accepted her business. AVOID!
