Laureen McNeill STAY AWAY FROM HER. Mississauga Ontario

I bought a house on a contract for deed from Laureen McNeill ...She wanted $115,000 for it and monthly payments of $971.00.. and also wanted us to put our own money and time into the house and fix it up. That was fine for the first few months we lived there until our payments went up from $971/mo. to $1,540/mo. with no warning. I was the only one working at the time making $11/hr. on top of all of my other bills, it became too much to handle.

Laureen McNeill stopped at my house numerous times a day pounding on the doors, windows until someone answered and threatened to break in and remove all of our property while we were at work. I called her and went into their office and signed a cancellation of the contract. 2 years later, I had a process server at my door handing me court papers and he was suing me for over $4,000.. for what? The house was not livable... I realized the court papers were filed in another Province that their business, the house in question nor I resided in.

I called the courthouse and the court reporter told me to contact the presiding judge and Laureen McNeill via UPS and tell her it needs to be thrown out of court. I did and heard back approximately a week later from the attorney who said she would throw it out and file with the correct Province.

Almost a month later another process server came by and gave me more court papers on the case, this time for the correct Province. I was unable to attend the hearing as I have a special needs son who requires life-saving equipment and a second person that is not easily portable. I heard from the courts a few weeks later that neither I nor Laureen McNeill attended the court date and it was thrown out of court. After all of that time harassing me, and wasting a bunch of their money in court fees, she didn’t even show up. I was happy about that and as of last week, I received papers from the court that Laureen McNeill cannot file any more judgments on this case. But they are still scammers and I am not the only one he scammed... They also scammed my friend and my son's home care nurse. Laureen McNeill is a loser and she needs to do something else with her life. STAY AWAY FROM HER.
