I gave them 1 star because I couldn’t give them 0 stars.  Horrible service!

I wanted my 3 Frenchies to have a great experience with a groomer who I thought had great service but I was thoroughly disappointed. They didn’t even wait for me to hand off my 3 Frenchies. They just took them from me. One Frenchie hesitated a little, the other one was startled and wiggled himself out of his harness, the last one was scared and resisted when they just took them away from me. When asked if I could wait inside with my Frenchies, I was told 3 times to wait in the car.

My instincts told me to stick around so I waited outside. Not even 5 min later, I heard one of my puppies crying. I asked to come inside again after seeing how they were handling one of my Frenchies. I guess they didn’t expect for me to stick around so they had no choice but to let me in. The Frenchie they were working on ran to me when she saw me and she was shaking from being scared.

One lady told me her nails were completely done, the other lady told me they still needed to be finished. When I asked whether or not the nails were in fact cut and trimmed the owner frowned and said they did “most”, but they did not complete their task. They charged me full price. When asked why I was getting charged full price for nails that were cut and trimmed completely, they said they took the time with her and they needed to charge full price. She was in there for about 5-6min before I heard her cry.

My other puppy was able to get all nails done, cut and trimmed according to them. He ran to me when he saw me and jumped on my leg, leaving sharp scratches behind. I thought it was odd that his nails were sharp after apparently they were cut and trimmed according to them.

When asked if they could check if they had in fact cut and trimmed his nails, they frowned. They didn’t even check if his nails were done. I asked if they could be “re-trimmed” since apparently they claimed they were cut and trimmed, they frowned. His nails were not properly cut and trimmed.

My third Frenchie is limping NOW They had him restraint and used excessive force for him to be limping. They then said they couldn’t do his nails.

Will not recommend them to anyone, especially Frenchie owners. She charged me full price $43.60 for 1 Frenchie whose nails were not properly cut and trimmed and another Frenchie whose nails were not complete.

 She did not give me a receipt as any other business would have. I will not recommend to anyone. They get 0 stars. Owner Lauren Green was rude and sarcastic. All 3 of my puppies ran out of there as fast as they could.

Folks, let's have a real talk.

Lauren Green glows when she walks on water.  Runs a spotless operation - at least when you're watching.

But let's be honest, something is eating at most of you.   It's rare to impossible for any bad behavior, especially dog abuse to happen out in the open.

That's why it takes 10 - 20+ years to expose dog groomers / shop owners who mistreat, abuse and are charged with animal cruelty laws.  Majority of the cases need hidden cameras to catch what goes on.

If you are worried, consider tucking (or sewing) a discreet camera/ the size of a rice grain these days into your pup's toys or bedding before you leave them.  Your dog and your peace of mind is worth it!

Curious Lauren? Why aren't there cameras in your shop, and why can't clients check in on their dogs remotely? 

When staff clears out and it's just you and the pups, how can all clientele be certain our dogs are safe. From you. 

Prove you have nothing to hide.  Its that simple!

It's also, BTW, to everyone reading, industry standard for all shops, big, small, boutique or home location - to have webcams. 

Check around and take your pup friends to those locations. Guaranteed safe!
