Hired Dennis Rasmussen Jan 2025. With the understanding he would be ptotecting my interests. He charged me a lot of money and assured he would do what he was hired to do.
He didn't. He screwed me over big time. He did nothing and when he did do anything it was to undermine my case as if he was working for the opposition which it seems he clearly was & profiting personally at my expense. ANY and all documents coming from his office is a s**t show of misinformation, errors, lies. NO research or reading your information you send to him. He just makes the stuff up as he goes along. Then the office tells you accuracy is not important. WTF?
Lost my home of 30 yrs because of him. And I am letting the world know what a POS this person is. Dennis refuses to take responsibility for his actions and inactions. Blaming everyone else when the ptoblem clearly lies on him. He is chasing me around online trying to do damage control commenting falsely to my complaints/reviews. Quite pathetic actually.
Whatever you do don't get involved with this jackabite you will lose 150%!

The person who filed this report has a knowledge of the law and knows that an attorney cannot ever disclose facts of a case to any other party or run the risk of breaching attorney/client confidentiality. I have a good deal of sympathy for her as she is in a difficult position and was when she came to me at the end of a two year situation with the lender. She didn't get the outcome either she or I wanted. Nevertheless that doesn't give anyone license to publish untruths. She has been roaming the internet stating that my firm did "nothing". I have a body of work, and many many emails that show the opposite. The accusation that my firm was colluding with the lender to defraud her is particularly outrageous.
