I hired Michael Dyer law firm and Initially when I met Mr. Dyer I asked him if he can take my case he agreed and told me of the all great things he would do to win my case. Unfortunately, as the months went on and after collecting over $8,000 in retainer fees, nothing was done on my case. $4,000 was for " drafts" of documents that were never filed the rest was emails and phone calls for opposing counsel that were never answered.

He would suggest that I proceed to file court proceedings that were not in my best interest and when I reached out to other attorneys they all advised me as such; however he was the only one telling me "he thought I had a good case." In addition, he would repeatedly ask me questions in regards to how much money my ex made, etc, etc, and it was very clear that $$$ is all he cared about.

As a mother with low-income, I gave Mr. Dyer every penny I had I paid him around 8K in a 4 month period and he did absolutely nothing for me except drafting and revieweing his own drafts and never filed any of it. I wish I never met this awful lawyer
