Our business signed a contract with Lease a Sales Rep in January 2025 guaranteeing that they would generate leads and set appointments until they were able to get us 60 appointments with interested decision makers.  We were required to make a deposit of just under $6500 in order for them to commence work. We paid them. The contract also stated that we would receive monthly reports, monthly calls, and email updates every other week throughout the process. Instead, this is what happened:   January 24, 2025 - Contract Signed.

January 24 - March 16, 2025 - We repeatedly tried to reach out through email and phone calls. The main number on the website doesn't work, it says it's an invalid number. The Founder/CEO (Gilbert Pagan) gave us a number with his extension. However, when you call that number it tells you to press 9 for extensions but when you press 9 it tells you it isn't a valid option. We tracked down other numbers and would only get voicemails anytime we called. After leaving voicemails we would never hear back. Emails were never responded to.

March 17, 2025 - We finally received an email reply from the CEO (Gilbert Pagan) of the company stating he had been travelling and that this was the first time he had heard of us trying to contact him (Even though there were numerous emails sent and multiple voicemails left). He said we should contact the project lead on the account. He also stated that either he or the lead would get back to us by the next day.    March 18, 2025 - We reached out after not hearing from anyone again.

March 19, 2025 - The lead sent us a message to set up an update Zoom call for March 21. The CEO also sent an email stating that he would be in the meeting.

March 21, 2025  - The meeting took place. The CEO (Gilbert Pagan) did not show up. The lead attended but their information was lacking. One would think if someone is a lead on a project, they might know something about that project. They could not tell us our contracted start date. They could not tell us when they started calls for us or any of the dates they made calls. They could not give us specifics on the calls they did make. They had no appointments set as of yet. We asked how long they had been working at the company and if they could tell us more about the company. They said they had been there 5 years. They could not tell us approximately how many employees worked for the company. They said they only personally know of 3 other employees. We asked why the main line didn't work. They said they didn't know. We asked if there was anyone else besides them and the CEO (Gilbert Pagan) who we could get a hold of who could help with our concerns or give us more information on our account. They said they didn't know of anyone. We asked if there was different contact information that we could use to get a hold of people, such as a phone number that worked. They  told us we could email them or the CEO (Gilbert Pagan) and that they didn't have a direct phone number we could contact them at. This brought the meeting to a close. We asked them to reach out to our Sales Manager ASAP and schedule a meeting with him to give him a sales update. We also told them to update the CEO (Gilbert Pagan) on our meeting and let him know we need to hear from him ASAP. The lead said they would make sure the CEO(Gilbert Pagan) was looped in about the meeting, our concerns, and our requests.

March 27, 2025 - Our Operations Manager sent a long email to the CEO (Gilbert Pagan) addressing our many concerns and the issues presented above.

March 27, 2025 - The project lead reached out to our Sales Manager to set up a meeting on April 3rd.

April 3, 2025 - They didn't show up for the meeting.

March 27 - Today (April 10), 2025 - We haven't heard anything else from them. Our Operations Manager never received a reply to his email on the 27th to the CEO.
