Fraud , False Representation and Fraudulent /Unfair Preference
Notwithstanding it was within the trader's knowledge that its UK office, namely Legacy UK was financially unsound , Creditors in UK would file a bankruptcy Petition against it and seek for an administrative order on 28 October 2019 and the business of Legacy UK would more likely be closed , the trader deliberately selected not to disclose this piece of vital information to me and other persons and continued to induce all of us to paid for the property investment course purportedly to be provided by its UK office.
The trader fraudulently or unfairly prefers some of the services acquirers even thought they same as me paid on the same date i.e. 27 October 2019 and for the same property investment course by providing a full fund to them .
