I was having problems with my battery and alternator so I called legacy vehicle solution to assist me. A mechanic name Alex showed up and notified me that my alternator and my battery was bad. We also decided to replace the belt as well while we were at it. Alex got the parts and returned and installed them. By the time he was done it was dark. He left quickly. We realize we hadn't gotten any warranties of receipts. We tried contacting Alex for the next two or three days to no avail. He never responded. Within two or three days the alternator that was installed begins making squeaking noises very loudly. We contacted Alex again complaining about the noise. No response. 2 months later the alternator completely goes bad and the battery is dead as well. We have to be told from across town. I call another Mobile mechanic to assist me. Once he looks at the vehicle and pulls out the parts he discovers that the parts are not new parts they are used parts the battery and the alternator. We finally reached legacy auto once we began making complaints on their website about the service. In his response to me he says "there are no warranties for the parts" which is completely contradictory to the website which states all parts are warrantied. I know now that I was just lied to and ripped off I spent over $700 to get the work done and now I'm being asked to spend a little more than $400 in less than 90 days I am disgusted.
