They have a long history of this. They were previously operating under Hope Family Woodworking in West Palm Beach, FL. They still are operating out of their home in West Palm Beach but registered a new company out of St. Petersburg, likely to evade everyone that will inevitably coming after them to get their money back. Legacy Woodworking & Renovations LLC is filed under Megan Knox but is really ran by her husband, Jared Ray Richardson. He now uses the name Ray as if you search Jared Richardson, you will find the long list of people complaining he scammed them. The beginning of 2025 they opened Legacy Woodworking and renamed the facebook page that they use to generate business. They arrive at your house and do just enough work to say they started the job and then you will likely not hear from them again after a string of lies as to why they are pushing the job back again and again.
