Lendbuzz financed a 2018 Audi A4 for me through S Auto Houston. The car was defective from the very beginning. I was promised repairs that never happened, and now I'm stuck with a broken car while the lender refuses to respond to my emails. Meanwhile, they keep calling me to demand money for a product that isn’t even working properly. This is a scam. They breached the contract and are trying to enforce a loan on defective goods. I submitted videos, emails, and complaints — and still, no solution. Avoid them at all costs.
Update: I found an unauthorized GPS tracker in the vehicle I financed through Lendbuzz. I was never informed or asked for consent. I still have not received the car’s license plate or registration. These are major violations, in addition to the car’s mechanical defects I reported right after purchase. . . . . . . . . . Lendbuzz refuses to resolve the case and keeps demanding payments. I’ve filed formal complaints with CFPB, FTC, Texas Attorney General, and BBB.

I just love it when you sub-prime deadbeats try to play lawyer. It's always the same whine, "they're doing illegal things", "it's an illegal repo", " we need a class action suit", " they are predatory lenders"! Oh, and go ahead and complain all you want to the BBB which has ZERO POWER to do anything because all they do is SELL their PHONEY BALONEY "ratings" because they are a PAY-FOR-PLAY SCAM. First, sub-prime dead beat lenders use GPS tracking so the car can be located when rhe deadbeat fails to make payments. It is NOT illegal and if required by the state, any notification is written but that is not always required. Second, the lender has NOTHING to do with the condition of the car. All they did is fund the loan and YOU are still required to make payments. I guess your next whine will be its an "illegal repo". Third what does the WARRANTY say? If YOU read the documentation, YOU would see if the car came with a WARRANTY or was an AS IS purchase. An AS IS purchase DOES NOT MEAN you are ENTITLED to free warranty service. Since YOU knew and THEY knew repairs needed to be made, why did you buy the car BEFORE these repairs were made? Go ahead and don't make any payments. You'll sure show them!!!! Don't for get the BEST WAY to get back on your feet is to not make payments! As others have said...."HAPPY MOTORING"!
