Funds were taken from my account for a purchase at their online storefront. They still have not updated the status of the order from "Processing Order" after several weeks. When confronted about this and in asking why, I was told now that they can wait 30 days to ship by FTC guidelines and impose another 2 week delay on that. The only other option was to cancel the order, which I'm sure they would prefer, but it could possibly incur up to 50% or more fee for cancellation and/or restocking on an order that has not even been processed.

With multiple businesses from this address and none of them appear to have good reports, if any, from BBB or online review websites I would suggest not doing business with these poeple.
