You book reservation, then in comes new contracts written by their attorney and business partner, this will include new fees, Scammed Out of THOUSANDS in Venice Italy!  Venezia

The host of this AirBnB run an elloborate and shady scam..

Let me give you an example of exactly how it happens... 

You book your reservation, you are excited (at least I was).. We go to check in, they say we missed the check in by literally 1 minute ( I am not exagerating, I literally mean 1 minute).. They then requried a $50 euro fee.. Then they said they didn't see there were two infants in my party (although it was listed upon the booking).. They said they would need an $895.74 payment for a "risk deposit" in the event of damages to the unit.. This was literally the price of the stay.

We then go up to the unit, they then say that we need to sign a 4 page contract by their attorney giving them the ability to pursue us for any items damaged or missing without ever giving us a full list of the items inside of the house. Yes, you have to agree that nothing will be missing when they provide no list or confirmation that any of the items ever existed. This contract was drafted by their business partner and attorney.

Their goal is to turn a booking of say $1,000 into revenue of $5,000 or $10,000 by extorting travelers with bogus claims, lawsuits and litigation.  This is by far the fastest way to ruin your vacation..

This company is a complete scam.
