one of the company working providing services for online shopping using the website: ligature.luckyshopnows.com , undersigned from Pakistan booked two Order Nos. 03 & 05 of total value of 60.98 € = 29.99 + 30.99 equivalent to 70.29 US $ on August 11, 2019 & September 11, 2019 for two wrist watches. Payment have been made via credit card, first payment had been transacted to SALEDRESSONLINE, WAN CHI, HONG KONG and other payment had been transacted to DRESS HOLDCO A LIMITED, LONDON, GB  but after passing of 435 days & 404 days respectively and delivery time was given 07 to 14 days but till to date, no delivery received.

Keeping in view the non-delivery situation, undersigned sent requests lot of times via emails and reply received from the supplier that your ordered items have been lost and we can give you 80% refund as already we spend a lot for your orders?. Undersigned refused to get the illogical refund option and requested that mine order items may please be delivered accordingly but after a lot of requests, no answer received till to date. After facing the said miserable situation, it seems that the said online company services are fraud and looting money from the public. All reference documents attached for your consideration also.
