Light House Mgmt Goodyear AZ that runs many Sub divisions in Arizona including Eagle Pass in Glendale AZ 85303 and is well know for it's fraud and thieving ways.
This company has been reported to the Arizona State Attorney General's Office / The Arizona Real Estate Commission / The BBB / Joe D TV Channel 15 Phoenix Consumer Advocate and many more.
A petition has been set up among the Home Owners to attempt to REMOVE Lighthouse HOA from Eagle Pass and have it dissolved for good.

Business Proposers FYI.
This HOA makes up fraudulent violations against hard working Home Owners. They trespass on your property to sneak around and stalk to get photos of anything they can make up to fine you. They will not answer the phone specifically Racheal Maus and Co Hort President Christopher McGuire or assist you when they are clearly making a mistake. Home Video cameras have recorded it as well.
They refuse to speak with you but continually harass and abuse the Homeowners by mail with violation letters after letters for made up fines.
Please anyone in Eagle Pass Glendale AZ that is also abused by these people .please sign the Petition coming to you or go online and sign it against them.
Either they clean up their act and be professional and stop stealing money from the Homeowners or they will face continual legal action until we take our last breaths.
