LIGHTYEAR MUSIC CHUCK POLIDORI BAIT & SWITCH Parma OH

On October 3rd, 2020, I had logged onto the website of lightyearmusic.com and watched a video on their site by Chuck Polidori promoting the HOME KARAOKE MACHINE MKP2000 RSQ PLAYER ROXBOX MICROPHONES PROFESSIONAL SOUND QUALITY bundle for $399.00.  The video promises the unit plus 2 wireless microphones (it also states a 450 song library & songbook for the first 50 callers).  I didn't care about the music but I did want the unit and the microphones.  The website only offered the unit & the songs.  I called the toll-free number and I mentioned the video and I was rudely told "THE VIDEOS ARE NOT VALID!"  I could only get the base unit for that price. 

To add insult to injury I tried to contact them via the contact portal on their site and received an error code when I tried to submit.  I had looked at other Karaoke Machines on their sight and they too had a video promising all kinds of perks when you call and mentioned them.  I feel this is bait & switch and if you post a video you must live up to what you claim.
