Complete slim bags! I had a family situation that was horribly hurtful. I live out of state and by all metrics have no money. I was referred to Linda Puccio from John Chaia. I came to Linda for help and she helped herself. I gave a $2,000 deposit. She used it all for the basic form of filing an appearance. She then proceeded to forward me emails that I was already on the thread for the eyepopping amount of $60 each. You can't more cheap than that. She blew through the retainer and asked more, I fired her. She charged even more to for the form to remove herself from the case. She never updated the court of my payment to her. Then she put a lien on my dad's estate and asked for her full amount without crediting the payment to her. She then charged interest on the balance. I now have an up hill battle of getting my money back.  She is a crook! She performed no work other than filing an appearance and forwarding emails for $60 each. What a racket! She specializes in guardianship cases. She took clear advantage of me and my family. She has no moral compass here.
