Lisa uses high stress sales techniques and typical Bait-and-Switch tactics. Lisa employs unlicensed and untrained sales people but lies and brands them as "Licensed Loan Orignators."
Do not work for Superior Mortgage, as the owner Lisa Ferrara constantly cheats employees out of earned wages. She has and will stop salaried paychecks from being paid out to employees without any notice or warning, simply because she feels like she can. She will not pay out the correct amount of commission to sales people or even stop paying commission that was earned alltogether so that she can keep more for herself.
Lisa will steal clients from sales staff to take the business for herself. She will go through any and all confidential information such as an employees email, locked file cabinet, personal computer, without warning to seek out any potential business deals or other information that can benefit her.
Superior Mortgage has often used "fake" names when talking to clients, especially to those who are leaving formal complaints. Lisa has been sued by numerous former employees for non-payment of earned funds. She has also been sued on numerous occassions by former clients who have fallen victim to her Bait and Switch Schemes.
Lisa has written bad mortgage loans and lied on clients applications, committing mortgage fraud just to make commission. Lisa has purposely ommitted or kept material information hidden from regulators during audits to avoid further compliance related issues.
Superior Mortgage does not go through the required procedures necessary for preserving clients confidentiality, which is an obligation they are supposed to uphold by law. Superior Mortgages originates mortgages in states they do not have the required license to have by state law in those states.
Lisa lies to clients about mortgage rates. Lisa omits loans that have been closed from official ledgers to avoid taxation.
