FORGET THE BBB
AUTHOR: Irv. - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Friday, March 21, 2025
First off, write reports so they are quick, to the point and on target. Making a very wordy complaint only bores the reader. Secondly, without regard to whether or not you have a basis for a complaint, you can ABSOLUTELY FORGET THE BBB. The BBB is NOT part of ANY government or law enforcement body and has ZERO POWER to force any business to do anything or enforce any business laws. The refer to themselves as "the bureau" to DELIBERATELY DECEIVE THE PUBLIC into thinking they are something they are not. What will happen to your complaint to the BBB, is they will use it as a SALES LEAD to try to badger that business into BUYING their fake "A+ rating. This PLAY FOR PLAY BBB CONGAME has enabled the heads of the BBB Outfit to rake off millions of dollars while the local BBB capos rake off a smaller fortune. The ONLY purpose of the BBB with all their PHONEY BALONEY is to SELL their useless ratings. Just go to the BBB-BS website and feast your eyes on the "Get A Quote" tab. That's the first step for a business which wants to brag about how great they are because they have a BBB "A+" rating WHICH WAS PURCHASED! Good luck with your battle and don't forget, the BBB and their PHONEY BALONEY is very well known by legitimate business people as a slimeball PAY FOR PLAY SCAM.
