We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with the effectiveness of the Strategic Planning and Operational Methodology training provided to our production line staff.

While we appreciate the effort to upskill our employees, the training has not resulted in the expected improvements in production speed, product quality, machine operation. 

Specifically, we have encountered the following issues: 

Issue 1:

Detailed explanation of issue 1, The training did not adequately cover troubleshooting common machine malfunctions, resulting in frequent downtime and production delays.

Issue 2:

Detailed explanation of issue 2, The training on safety protocols was not clear and understandable, leading to safety violations and potential risks.

Issue 3:

Detailed explanation of issue 3, The training materials were outdated and irrelevant, causing confusion and difficulty in applying the learned skills.

These issues have resulted in the following impacts: 

Impact 1:

Quantifiable impact of the issues, 

Increased production costs due to downtime and rework.

Impact 2:

Quantifiable impact of the issues, 

Reduced product quality, leading to customer complaints and increased warranty claims.

Impact 3:

Quantifiable impact of the issues, 

Decreased production speed, impacting our ability to meet customer deadlines.

We have previously contacted Lithala Services and the Operations Directors in the name of Mrs Catherine Maloa regarding our dissatisfaction however, the issues persist. 

We request that Lithala provide remedial training or a refund for the cost of the training.

All communication with the training provider has seized pending the refund.
