Live Aquaria They send the wrong color specimen and claimed that it was as advertised. Rhinelander Wisconsin

I have ordered several corals and a clam from the Lice aquaria. The colors that they show for sale are beautiful. The specimens arrive on time and alive, and the size is decent.

However, the colors are completely different then what you expect.  Regardless of what color coral they show online, you will always receive something brown. And when you confront them with it they will respond that they did not promise that specific color and that colors are assorted.

I paid $160 for a tricolored lord howensis. Before ordering I talked to the customer service and they assured me that even though I would not receive the exact specimen shown the colors will be similar. Definitely not brown.
