I paid $997 for the Phil Smith courses a while back. My friend paid the same and got 4 courses. But I got only one course which was for Loan Broker(but not the lead generation,etc). So I misunderstood and thought I'd get all four courses. I called and spoke to Phil Smith within 24 hours and asked for a refund since he would not give me all four courses after some drawn out conversation.

I just didn't like his vibe. He would Not give a refund. Therefore, I asked my bank to get me the refund.......and the process began. At some point within a week or so Phil and I were in contact and he said he would give me the other 3 courses. So I went ahead and put the $997 on another credit card.  I never used the courses....Quite some time went by and I decided to get into the system, but the system was no longer accessible.

I contacted Phil Smith and asked why I cannot access the system....He told me....due to me doing a chargeback and all the time he spent having to deal with that it was worth it to him to deny me access but still keep the $1000 of the second transaction/buy...True Story.

I have email proof....He may have a bunch of money as we all know he likes to brag about it....But he's a Scum bag arrogant Punk thief....He seems to think He will get away with it...I told him another higher power will eventually deal with him...but he laughs and mocks me....He will see. Karma's a bi*ch, even with my little tiny spot of his world...for now.
