After a Horrific Western Express experience, with faulty equipment and
worse an incompetent "Dispatch Manager" unable to tell North from South
who refuse to reset the Company "Policy" required Navigation Tablet,
leading to termination after getting lost in NYC resulting with a Steel
Rail Road overpass incident. Police kindly helped me back on the Highway
out of Town. There was no damage other than to the Front Top Trailer and NO
Fines or Accident report filed!!
Some Collection Agency just called me saying because "I didn't fulfill
my contract!!? with WE" I owe?! them $2500 cash, or 30% down
/"typically" $200/month payments. If I don't pay it'll destroy my
otherwise good Credit Score within 45 days from Jan 4'th.. I asked her
to Email me a copy of the "Contract"..
This is terrible, I'm back in Penn Yan, looking for a good Company. I'm
on Temp Assistance/SNAP/HEAP for the first time in my Life thus helpless..
US "Companies" can actually terminate employees than Bill them for "Breach" of Contract?

$2500 "Breach of Contract Collection"

Dear Sir,
Any Company, who not only confirms over the phone, there won't be any $2500 "breach of "Contract fee" because THEY terminaned employments, then, despite this, Sells said "$2500 Breach of Contract" fee to a Collection agency w/o as much as notifying their former "employee" is crooked at best..
Further more, I don't think said Collection Agency legally have the right to pursue Payment / threatening to ruin anyone's Credit History..

YOU caused the trailer damage. YOU were the driver. YOU were in control of the truck and yet you now blame the Dispatcher? It's all his/her fault? HOW STUPID IS THIS???
