Inc loganconcertbookin@icloud.com They took a large sum for a deposit for artist to book two artist and one artist never received the deposit and the other artist has never made a deal with Mark Reeder or Logan Agency . He has stolen thousend of dollars from my my company. Philadelphia PA

I was sent two contracts for artist on 3/20/19 for an Event i am having on May 4, 2019.  I wired two large sums deposits on 3/21/19 one contract the artist never signed so Logan Agency- Mark Reeder provided another  artist with a signed contract and I sent an additional deposit on 4/1/19  due to this artise fee being higher.

The manager of the first artist contacted me on 3/29/19 and said they never received the deposit. Mark told them he would provde the reference number by noon on 4/3/19 and Mark never called or provided a reference number. I found out on 4/3/19 it was never a deal with the second artist. When I contacted Mark on April 3, 2019 he said he was pulling out the deal and would refund my full deposit in full today 4/4/19 and to contact him at 1pm.

I received an email this morning from him saying "he will not be doing me a favor by sending me my refund back; I can call the police  and get a lawyer and it will take Years in court". He infromed he out and will always be out and about;  He also stated he was a millionaire and he has been in the business for 30 years and knew whathe was doing and good luck to me.
