I contacted Logo Design Flex on 08/02/2021. Their representative told me I had to pay all money up front. I told him no I didn't want to do that. He said there was no risk because if I was not completely satisfied I would be refunded all my money. They were to do a website for me which was to include everything. Within the next day or two they showed me a site design which I was not satisfied with but they refused to return my money.
They have refused to return my money and have not sent me anything for my money. They have only taken my money. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau but they refused to reply the Better Business Bureau and just ignored them. The Better Business Bureau told me to report them to the Attorney Generals office which I did but Logo Design Flex ignored the Attorney General.
It seems Logo Design Flex is able to ignore everyone and do whatever they please. I have tried numerous times to contact them but they do not reply.
