I wouldn't let a Roach live in this place! This is by far the worse living situation that anyone could possibly live in! They show you the stagged apartments when you come to do a tour but they DO NOT look anything like those models. That's just what it is a Model to get you to want to live there but, it's a Total scam! Most things are broken and to put in a repair request is like doing nothing but, they expect rent every month, do yourself a favor and run! Please read the reviews and know that these people are truthful in what they are posting. These people are Slum Lords. Mold in units and broken appliance they go unattained to for months. I can give a crap about messing up my credit at this point and just break the lease, all that can be done is take you to court to TRY to collect the money but this is Texas and they can't garnish your wages for money owed so oh well. I am sure the owners of this property is unaware of the things that go on. T
