Long Home Products Long Roofing Did not correct a poor installation after repeated calls Taunton Massachusetts

Contracted to replace tub and tub enclosure along with necessary plumbing for a shower in September of 2023 for 14.000.00 with Chris Fisette their salesman., The enire bathroom was not asked to be done just the tub area. During install they had the incorrect shower pan and forgot the shower insert. Neither of these held up the installation. Upon finishing the project on a Friday they had to return on Saturday to add the window frame which they had also forgotten. Because the caulking had to dry the shower wasn't turned on till Sunday. The shower head had a terrible water flow. Checked reviews online of the Delta showerhead and they were not good. Called on the following Monday to report we would like the showerhead replaced. They put us in touch with the sales office. After many back and forth texts concerning a replacement I was told to pick one up at Home depot. They did not indicate they would reinburse me for this. Again emailing back and forth they asked for pictures of the showerhead which I texted them pictures of. Days went by with no replys and no response to phone calls. I sent a letter including pictures of my texts with the saleman to the Chairman and CEO John DPaola in Maryland. Somehow the letter got sent to the Massachusetts office. David Smith the Sales Manager called to say he received the letter and was upset at the texts he read from the sales office and would correct the problem. Again several calls back and forth, still cordial, and david sent me a copy of several showerheads to pick from. We picked one. Several days later a tech showed up with same exact showerhead that was already installed. I called David, this is now December, and he was surprised to hear they came with the showerhead and after a heated conversation with him explaininmg I lost my patience he said he would email the installation department about the issue. Never heard from them again.
