I began there during Covid in 2020 for primary care & Adhd med management. There had been inappropriate conduct w some staff. & my insurance changed so I went elsewhere. There was a billing issue w new group, so I left after 15 months. I thought it would be simple to return here for medication management, that's what call center indicated. It was anything but at the appointment yesterday.

The provider Anthony Leslie, was extremely arrogant & combative. He misconstrued & failed to update current information & meds. Instead he completely falsified my record by stating I have a condition I've never been diagnosed with. My concern over the unexpected questions was appropriate, yet he noted I was paranoid & guarded. I'm not the only patient with same complaints. I don't need the medication, I can go elsewhere. I need my record corrected & for them to respond. They won't sit down & go on the record. 

Based Dr. Duffy's speculation, she's just an MD & was my primary. She has no training or license in Psychiatry. I waited to speak with her or someone yesterday. They kept telling me to call & email. I'm on hold again right now! I've been trying all day. I was told to stay by the phone. No has responded. Even though I emailed with documents refuting this made up condition.

They also sent falsified records to others, requesting them. I had no knowledge of the incorrect diagnosis listed. The head of the department Dr. Ahuja, who sends most of the prescriptions, never paused or suggested new testing of any kind. Last spring Anthony prescribed the same as well with no mention or questions about this other condition until yesterday.
