PANIC... you lost your luggage, your phone on an airplane, belongings at an airport. YOU Google "LOST and FOUND" at any airport. You panic trying to get your stuff back. It isn't stolen, just mishandled or misplaced. BIG AIRPORTS, lots of phone numbers and you're dying to GET HELP finding your S..T! Internet search for an airport lost and found is typed in, you get results. This is where it gets interesting.

My wife thought she lost her phone in an airport. We were already on the plane when she noticed it. "FIND MY PHONE" and "LIFE 360" couldn't get service on the plane so sh had to wait to land. PANICKED, she Googled up the airport's LOST and FOUND department.

FANCY SEO advertising came up. PAID FOR ADVERTISING 1st page Google positioning crap. www.lostfoundcenter.com came up for that particular airport. My wife called it thinking she had the airport's main lost and found number.

She gave them Delta's flight number etc.  They confirmed all necessary info for contact and my wife thought the airport was now trying to locate her phone. THEN, they told her... "BIG AIRPORT", we search by priority and if you need this item ASAP, you can pay to expeditie the search. My wife paid $59.00 to do so as her phone is her busness lifeline.

They issued a receipt and they were going to do this, that and th other. THEY DID NOT DO S..T! www.lostfoundcenter.com is a SCAM. Affiliated with ZERO / NOBODY!

Long story short, it was found on Delta plane by passenger, Delta sent my wife the phone.

My wife asked DELTA if anyone else had inquired about finding her phone such as www.lostfoundcenter.com. Both DELTA and the airport confirmed ZERO contact regarding same.

So, www.lostfoundcenter.com was notified. Phone found, you people made ZERO effort to find phone, REFUND TIME.

As you see below: www.lostfoundcenter.com ACTS, PLAYS along but does nothing in the hopes you realize your time is more valuable than chasing $59.00  and you give up.

TO DATE... NO REFUND, just lip service. Takes a real scumbag, a smart scumbag to perpetrate and profit from panic. BEWARE !!!!!   NO REFUND EVER RECEIVED.

Her husband, Skip Schiappa
