Purchased a car from Chevrolet Lou Bachrodt dealership on 11/29/2019. During the purchase of the car, I was deceitfully sold a third party extended warranty without my consent. During the purchase of the car I was never told or asked whether I wanted a extended warranty from third party company. On the original contract there is no signature on the form but was deceitfully included and paid in full during the payment of the car. Since then I have taken my car to the Chevrolet dealership for several routine maintenance and tire maintenance/repairs and everytime Chevrolet has charged me the full price for repairs. They have not followed through on the service agreement plan that they deceitfully sold me. I would like Chevrolet to reimburse me in full for every repair that should have been covered by the third party extended warranty they sold me. And I would like to know why I was deceitfully sold a third party extended warranty without my consent?

"On the original contract there is no signature on the form but was deceitfully included and paid in full during the payment of the car."
A document without a signature is not a contract.
You expect the warranty benefits of a contract that you claim you didn't agree to. You can't play both sides of the coin.
Routine maintenance and tire repairs probably wouldn't be covered under a service agreement.
