Loveland Ski - Deceptive website for purchaing lift tickets, they want you to pay twice. Internet

Their website is deliberately confusing. They offer an incentive(discount) to purchase a 4 pack of tickets, but you cant use them until they mail something to you. They dont explicitly point that out on the website. If you show up there expecting to get them "virtually", like every other website, that is going digital, they arent available. You have to buy on demand tickets at exorbitant cost. I understand wanting to make more money, but we be deceiving about it. Unfortunately, this was my sons first time out at 26 years old, and the experience was so bad, we will never go back again, at all, to any skiing. I was asking around at work after the incident and there are a number of people who feel the same way, but for different reasons. Now I understand the ski centers are having trouble making money to support enough workers. I wonder why? There were also like 10 other people with the same problem there when i was there, so obviously its not me being stupid.
